As you are aware up until recently we have always run tester training on specific dates at specific locations around the country. This meant if you were looking to do training you would have to find the closest one to you and arrange the time off from work or school in order to attend. This has never been easy for most of you.
We have listened to your feedback and over the past few months we have been running a trial of delivering tester training online. The training will take you a maximum of two hours and is made up of short videos with some quiz questions after each to test your knowledge on what you just learned. Based on the feedback we received we are going to continue with this. Once you complete this, you will be certified for a period of two years. This is in line with the ICDL Foundations rules.
We will also be looking at running events and training sessions around the country, which will give you a chance to network with your peers. Once we have things finalised we will let you know dates and times.
